Järjestämme Vantaan Jalkapalloseurassa kahdesti kaudessa tukihaun, jonka perusteella jaamme tukea perheiden lasten harrastusten kuluihin. Haku jaksolle 1.11.2026-30.5.2027 aukeaa maanantaina 2.11.2026 ja haku on auki 30.11.2026 asti.

Harrastamisen tuki on seurassamme tärkeä osa yhteisömme toimintaa. Tukea harrastamisen kuluihin voivat hakea perheet, joille harrastamisen kustannukset uhkaavat harrastamisen jatkumisen. Tuen jakamisen mahdollistavat muun muassa tärkeät tukisponsorimme, joiden avulla mahdollistamme monen pelaajan harrastamisen. 

Tukihaku auki 2.11.-30.11.2026

Vantaan Jalkapalloseuran harrastamisen tuki on tarkoitettu perheille ja pelaajille, joilla harrastamisen kustannukset uhkaavat harrastustoiminnan jatkumista. Harrastamisen tuki on mahdollista kaikille seuran jäsenmaksun maksaneille, alaikäisille harrastajille. Tuki on riippuvainen seuran jäsenyydestä, eli pelaajan irtisanoessa seuran jäsenyytensä, mahdollinen tukipäätös raukeaa.

Harrastamisen tuen hakujakso seuraavan kuuden kuukauden jaksolle avataan maanantaina 2.11.2026 ja haku on auki marraskuun loppuun asti (30.11.2026). Kaikkien tukea hakevien tulee täyttää hakemuslomake ja toimittaa pyydetyt liitteet määräaikaan mennessä (myös aiemmin tukea saaneiden).

Tukea myönnetään ensisijaisesti joukkuetoimintamaksuihin, mutta voidaan myöntää myös seuratoimintamaksuihin sekä erikseen laskutettaviin joukkuetoiminnan kuluihin. Tukea ei voida myöntää seuran jäsenmaksuun.

Perhe on velvollinen osoittamaan tulotasonsa (kaikkien huoltajien osalta) hakemuksen yhteydessä pyydettyjen liitteiden avulla. Liitteet tarvitaan kaikilta perheen huoltajilta. 

Kaikkien hakijoiden tulee toimittaa tarvittavat liitteet (myös heidän, jotka saavat tukea tällä hetkellä). Ilman määräaikaan toimitettuja liitteitä tukihakemusta ei voida hyväksyä.

Perheellä ei saa olla avointa velkaa seuralle tai seuran käyttämälle perintäyhtiölle, tai velkojen maksusta tulee olla sovittu maksusuunnitelma, jota on osoitetusti lähdetty toteuttamaan.  

Hakemuksesta tulee selvitä:

• Harrastajan nimi ja syntymäaika
• Harrastajan huoltajan nimi ja yhteystiedot
• Haettava tukisumma
• Tieto haetuista ja saaduista tuista ko. lapsen harrastamisen kuluihin

Lisäksi hakemukseen tulee liittää harrastajan huoltajien tulotason todentavat liitteet (yksi seuraavista riittää):

A. työnantajan allekirjoittama erillinen palkkatodistus samassa taloudessa asuvilta lapsen huoltajilta.
B. Kelan tai eläkelaitoksen selvitys:

• maksetuista eläkkeistä
• päätös maksettavasta toimeentulo- tai kotihoidontuesta
• päätös maksettavasta opintotuesta

C. Viimeisin verotustodistus ja erittelyosa

Seuran myöntämän harrastamisen tuen tulee olla viimesijainen harrastamista rahoittava tukimuoto ja perheen tulee hakemuksessaan kuvata, mitä muita tukia on haettu ja mistä muita tukia on saatu.

Tuen myöntämiseen vaikuttavat:

• Pelaajan sosioekonominen tausta
• Pelaajan avoimet maksut seuralle (tukea ei voida maksaa, mikäli pelaajalla on avointa velkaa seuralle tai seuran käyttämälle perintäyhtiölle, joiden maksusta ei ole laadittu maksusuunnitelmaa velkojan kanssa)
• Pelaajan perheen seuralle toimittamat todistukset ja lausunnot tuen tarpeen perusteista
• Pelaajan urheilullinen menestys ja sitoutuneisuus

Tuki kohdennetaan pelaajan toimintamaksuihin tai erikseen laskutettaviin joukkueen toimintaan perustuvien kulujen maksuihin.

Pelaajan vaihtaessa seuraa kesken tukijakson, tukipäätös raukeaa ilmoitushetkestä. Tukea ei voi missään tilanteessa maksaa rahana tai muuna hyödykkeenä.

Päätöksenteko

Tukipäätös tehdään pian tukihakujakson päätyttyä (30.11.2026), minkä vuoksi päätökset tulevat voimaan jo marras- ja joulukuun joukkuetoimintamaksuihin. Marraskuun joukkuetoimintamaksun lasku tulee kuitenkin maksaa normaalisti, sillä päätöksiä ei välttämättä olla ehditty tekemään ennen laskun eräpäivää. Mahdollinen myönnetty harrastamisen tuki huomioidaan taannehtivasti marraskuun osalta, eli joulukuun joukkuetoimintamaksun laskulta vähennetään marras- ja joulukuun tukiosuus. Joulukuun joukkuetoimintamaksun lasku tulee lähtemään kaikille aluksi täysimääräisenä, mutta siitä hyvitetään ennen eräpäivää marras-joulukuun tuen summa tukea saaneiden osalta.

Tukipäätökset tekee seuran hallitus ja/tai hallituksen valtuuttama henkilö tai henkilöryhmä.

Jokainen tukipäätös on erillinen, eikä edellistä päätöstä voida pitää ennakkotapauksena tuleviin tukipäätöksiin. Tukipäätökset ovat aina riippuvaisia käytettävissä olevista tukimäärärahoista.

Fee Support

Costs should not prevent anyone from playing football. At VJS, we have a long tradition of supporting families by organizing two application rounds for Fee Support each year. Based on these applications, we grant support that reduces your costs for the next six months.

Goals of Fee Support

Our mission, ‘A Football Community for You’, is built on caring for our community. A core part of or caring is helping those in a difficult situation. Playing football should be possible for everyone, regardless of their financial situation.

Rules of Fee Support and How To Apply

Fee Support by Vantaan Jalkapalloseura is aimed at families and players who are at risk of quitting football due to high costs.

Fee Support is available for all players who have paid their membership fee. The support is bound to membership, so if a player leaves the club, a possible support grant also expires.

Fee Support primarily covers team fees, but may extend also to club fees and separately billed team activity fees. Fee Support does not cover the club membership fee.

Fee Support is granted based on two application rounds, in December and May. In addition, support can also be granted discretionarily based on specific needs. Application periods take place in November-December and May-June. VJS will communicate when the application period is active based on the club’s communication strategy. Please note that applications that arrive outside the application periods may not be granted support if the budget has already been used.

Fee Support which is granted to members on social grounds is exempt from taxes based on guidelines from the Finnish Tax Administration (Vero).

Applications for support period between 1.11.2026 and 31.5.2027 are accepted from 2.11.-30.11.2026.

Please answer all the questions and submit the required attachments within deadlines.

The family must indicate their income level (including both guardians) with the attachments requested in the application form.

Attachments are required from all guardians.

Please note that EVERYONE need to submit requested attachments (even if there’s an active support period). The application cannot be processed unless required attachments are submitted within deadlines.

The family must not have unpaid debts to VJS or our collection agency. If you have an agreed payment plan, you must provide proof that you have started the payments.

Application needs to contain:

• Player’s full name and date of birth
• Guardian’s name and contact information
• Amount of support you are applying for
• Information on applied and granted support for the sports fees of the child in question

Additionally, the application must contain a document indicating the guardians’ income level (one of the following):

A. A signed salary statement from the employer of all guardians living in the same household

B. A statement from Kela or a pension institution covering the following:

• Amount of pension paid
• Granted amount of social assistance or home care allowance
• Granted amount of student aid

C. The latest tax certificate and detailed specification of tax assessment

Submit requested documents by the deadline to tuki@vjs.fi. We recommend using a secure e-mail.

Fee Support from VJS is intended as a final option. Families must first apply for other available forms of support (such as Kela or city grants) and describe these in the application.

Factors in support decisions:

• The family’s financial and social situation.
• Player’s outstanding payments to the club (if there are active debts to VJS or our collection agency without and agreed payment plan, we can’t grant support)
• Documents submitted to the club indicating need for support
• The player’s commitment to the team and their athletic performance

The support is applied to one or more of the following: team fees, club fees, separately billed team activity fees.

If the player moves to a different club during the support period, the support ends at the date of the transfer notification. The support will never be paid as money or other goods.

Decision-Making

A support decision is made soon after the application period ends, which means that decisions will take effect as early as the November and December team activity fees.

However, the November team activity fee invoice must be paid as usual, as decisions may not have been made before the invoice due date. Any approved Fee Support will be applied retroactively for November. This means that the November and December support amounts will be deducted from the December team activity fee invoice.

The December team activity fee invoice will initially be sent to everyone at the full amount. However, for those who have been granted Fee Support, the total support amount for November and December will be credited to the invoice before its due date.

Fee Support decisions will be made by the VJS board and/or a person or a group authorized by the board.

Every support decision is separate and a prior decision does not guarantee future support. All decisions depend on the available support budget at the time.
